How do I deal with dizzy spells in the mornings.
I have been having d'Issy spells in the mornings for the past 10 days…
I also have dizziness at times. Sometimes it will last a few days sometimes longer. But it does pass. Don’t know the cause and neither do the doctors.

Let us know what they say, I know after years of RA that there are a myriad of side effects that can affect you, and dizziness is certainly one of them. I know that over the years there have been times when I have been affected by it and I usually just try to take a nap or something until it passes. Just know you are definitely not alone! I have a recent Apple Watch and it sometimes tells me that my heart rate is below 40 for 10 minutes, (38, 39), especially in the morning while resting. Has anyone experienced slow heart rates?

. Have you had a chance to speak with your doctor about this issue? I know that rheumatoid arthritis is often associated with low heart rate variability (see: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5744865/). In addition, inflammatory conditions, like RA, can be associated with bradycardia (slow heart rate), but I don't think it is as common (see: https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/arrhythmia/about-arrhythmia/bradycardia--slow-heart-rate). Only a doctor can determine it your bradycardia warrants any treatment. Hope you can get some answers on this soon.
